Putting together a travel first-aid kit
In short: A travel first-aid kit contains personal medication and remedies for common complaints on the road: diarrhoea, pain, insect bites, wounds and sunburn.
In more detail: What belongs in it depends on destination, duration and your own pre-existing conditions. When in doubt, travel medicine advice helps.
