Business plan for small founders
In short: A business plan describes idea, customers, competition, prices and figures. For a small business two to four pages are enough. For the application to the family court it is very helpful.
In more detail: The court wants to see that the minor has thought the project through and takes no unreasonable risk. A short plan with a cost estimate and time requirement convinces more than long texts.
In detail
- Idea: what is offered, to whom, why you?
- Market: customers, competition, prices.
- Marketing: how will customers find you?
- Financial plan: start-up costs, running costs, expected income for 12 months.
- Risks: what can go wrong and how do you limit the damage?
- Schedule: how many hours a week alongside school or training?
- Parents: record their role and support.
