Searching for and finding files
In short: In File Explorer you find files with the search at the top right. The Windows search (start button, just start typing) also searches files and programs.
In more detail: The search works with names, file types and dates. If you only know part of the name, that part is enough. The wildcards * and ? help with imprecise names.
