Learning to touch-type
In short: With touch typing you type without looking at the keyboard. With practice you easily reach 150–250 keystrokes per minute and work much more relaxed.
In more detail: The home position is ASDF for the left and JKLÖ for the right hand. The index fingers rest on the keys with the small bumps (F and J). Each finger has its keys.
