In more detail: Unlike 401, logging in again usually does not help: the rights are missing.

Possible causes
- Missing permission or role.
- Blocked IP, firewall or geoblocking.
- Wrong file permissions or missing index file on the web server.
Solutions
- Log in with an account that has the right permissions.
- Check rights and owner of the files.
- Switch off the VPN or clarify the block with the operator.
