Digital Services Act (DSA)
In short: The Digital Services Act (DSA) is an EU regulation for online platforms and intermediary services.
In more detail: It has applied to all providers since 17 February 2024 and requires notice procedures for illegal content, transparency in advertising and special duties for very large platforms.
